Open Support Sessions on hold for now - request live screensharing support

With social distancing guidelines in effect, we are not hosting in-person open support sessions at this time.

Until we resume, you may visit our Support page which includes links to our Help Center, submitting web support tickets, and now scheduling live screensharing support with one of our developers.


Open Support Sessions are held once per week for two hours, and they're on different days and times each week to accommodate your busy (and sometimes quite rigid) schedules.

You can come by for a few minutes and receive one-on-one help in the Web and Digital office from our Web Team. You can also stay the entire time, hang out, enjoy some snacks and the comfort of our new lounge in Culbertson 420.
