Stop link previews from showing up in Outlook365

To make things easier to control, we ask you to send your Email Star-created emails via Google Chrome and the web version of Outlook365. However, we've discovered that sometimes Outlook365 pops in a "Link Preview" which creates a box including some information from the webpage you've linked to. These are undesirable within emails we've created for you, and should be removed.

What a Link Preview might look like

One setting needs to be changed within your Outlook365 online.

  1. Sign in to Office 365. Enter the Settings pane via the gear button in the upper-right corner. Click Mail.
  2. In the Options pane on the left, find Layout and click Link preview.
  3. Clear the Preview links in email check box and save the changes.

Once you have saved this setting, you should no longer see those Link Previews inserted into your messages.
