How do I customize the student questionnaire in the Appointment Scheduler?

When students book an appointment with you, they are prompted to answer questions on your student questionnaire. You are able to make changes and customize this feature.

1. From the main navigation bar, click the menu item Configuration and select Student Questionnaire. 
2. Under Customize Student Questionnaire you are able to select from pre-generated questions or create your own.
   
   
   
   

3.  Make sure to Save Changes when you are finished.
