Creating a COPE Calendar Event: How do I use the Notes feature when I create an event or MSU Today Announcement?

As you create an event or announcement, you may notice the Notes section on the right-hand side of the form.

 

 

Text entered here can be viewed by users in the Calendar application, to include group administrators as well as the Web Team. It will not be displayed on the calendar once the event is approved. If you have questions or would like to include specific instructions or explanations to the administrator or Web Team, enter that in the Notes box.
