Training: Creating Accessible MSU Web Content (CMS 115)

CMS 115 informs content managers best practices of web accessibility when creating content, defines web accessibility, and introduces our Accessibility Scanner built-into the CMS to assist your accessible content creation.

After March 1st, 2018, you must have taken this course and completed the quiz or you may not be able to create, edit or publish content on any MSU web pages.

If you haven't taken Intro to MSU Web Editing (CMS 110) yet, we highly recommend you take it before this course. You'll need both to fulfill the training requirement before you can edit MSU web pages.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Start the video below and follow along.
  2. Take the quiz (a little further down)

Once you've finished the quiz, we'll add the Accessibility Scanner to your CMS user account and you'll have it along to help you as you're creating content!
