Changing your email address in your Watermark Faculty Success Web Profile

If you are a faculty member with a web profile generated from Watermark Faculty Success information, the email address is not straightforward to update.

The profiles show the email address provided to your MSU account at This creates a few steps to follow.

  1. Login to and make sure your contact email address is correct.
  2. Once that's done, contact and the Office of Planning and Analysis will sync your account with that email address.

Once that request has been made, it may take 1-2 days for the information to propagate across the system and into the web profile.
