Our CMS vendor has made changes to how forms are built in the system. Starting March 26, 2026, all new forms must be created using the new Forms module at Content > Forms. The old Form Builder (Content > Assets > New Form) will no longer be available for creating new forms.
Where do I find Forms?
Go to Content > Forms in the CMS.
How do I get access to Forms?
Editors who have completed CMS Basic Web Editing training and Accessibility training will have access to Form Modules.
