⚠️ You need to setup form access and include your department in the form name.
Launching your form
Before you can add a form to a page, you need to launch it.
- Open your form
- Click the Launch button in the top right corner
Adding the form to a page
- Open the page where you want the form to appear
- Click in the Main Contact region to insert the form
- Click the Insert Form button in the WYSIWYG toolbar
- Select your form from the list
- Click Insert
- Save & Publish the page
Testing your Form
Open the published page and send a test submission to verify the form is working.
