Adding Your Form to a Page

⚠️ You need to setup form access and include your department in the form name.

Launching your form

Before you can add a form to a page, you need to launch it.

  1. Open your form
  2. Click the Launch button in the top right corner

  1. Open the page where you want the form to appear
  2. Click in the Main Contact region to insert the form
  3. Click the Insert Form button in the WYSIWYG toolbar
  4. Select your form from the list
  5. Click Insert
  6. Save & Publish the page

Testing your Form

Open the published page and send a test submission to verify the form is working.
