Form Settings

  1. Success Behavior Choose what happens after someone submits the form. Show Message displays text on the page. Redirect Page sends users to a different URL.
  2. Redirect URL Enter the full URL where users should go after submitting the form. Only appears if Success Behavior is set to Redirect Page.
  3. Success Message Write the message users see after successfully submitting the form. Only appears if Success Behavior is set to Show Message.
  4. Failure Message Write the message users see if the form fails to submit (like a connection error). This rarely happens, but helps users know what to do if it does.
  5. Submit Button Text Customize what the submit button says. Default is "Submit" but you can change it to match your form's purpose (like "Register," "Send Message," or "Request Information").

If Success Behavior (1) is Redirect Page, then Redirect URL (2) will appear.
