⚠️ You need to setup form access and include your department in the form name.
Viewing your submissions
- Go to Content > Forms
- Click on your form name
- Click the Submissions tab
Versions
Every time you click Launch, the Forms module creates a new version of your form.
Submissions are linked to the version of the form that was live when someone filled it out. This means if you change your form and launch it again, you can still see which version each submission came from.
Why does this matter? If you add or remove fields, old submissions won't be affected. Each submission stays connected to the form version it was submitted through.
Exporting submissions
- Select the version you want to export using the Version dropdown
- Click Export This Version as CSV
This downloads all submissions for that version as a spreadsheet file you can open in Excel.
Note: You can only export one version at a time. To export submissions from multiple versions, repeat this process for each version.
